Has my application arrived? And if so, what happens next? This is how the application process works at Offen Group.
1.
APPLICATION
You apply online via the application form of the respective job advertisement in our job search.
2.
CONFIRMATION
You will automatically receive a confirmation that we have received your application.
3.
PROCESSING
We check your application thoroughly and carefully together with the respective department. This process might take some time.
4.
INTERVIEW
If your application documents have convinced us, we will invite you to an interview – either personally, via phone or video. If you are applying for a professional role, as a rule, we would like to talk with you twice before making a decision.
5.
CONTRACT
At the end of the application process you will receive feedback from us. If both sides agree the employment contract will be drawn up and we will be happy to have you join us. Welcome aboard!
